Track Lead – HXM

As a Track Lead HXM you will be instrumental in driving comprehensive SAP HCM implementations that prioritize employee engagement and experience. Your extensive experience, particularly in leading end-to-end projects of HCM, will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients’ human capital management strategies. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and conducting in-depth consultations to deeply understand and analyze intricate business needs, aligning SAP HCM and HXM strategies with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic HCM Track Lead with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Consultancy, including multiple end-to-end HCM implementations, and distinct expertise in SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate possesses:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in consultancy industry.
• A demonstrated history of leading and successfully delivering SAP HCM projects, with a strong emphasis on HXM principles and integration.
• Proficiency in SAP HCM and SF configuration, coupled with an ability to enhance user interfaces and elevate employee engagement.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot intricate technical challenges, delivering innovative solutions to optimize system functionality and employee satisfaction.
• Experience with SAP deployment methodologies and integration techniques, ensuring seamless performance across systems, especially HCM components.
